On-location sessions bring the studio experience to you—whether that’s your home, office, creative space, or a scenic outdoor setting. Perfect for entrepreneurs, creatives, and anyone who wants portraits that feel personal and authentic. You’ll still receive the same expert lighting, posing guidance, and session flow as in the studio, but with the added benefit of a backdrop that’s uniquely yours. What’s Included in Your On-Location Portrait Session: -Pre-session consultation to plan wardrobe, backgrounds, and location details -Styling & Prep Guide sent in advance -Professional lighting and posing guidance brought to your location -Multiple outfit changes for variety -Same-day image selection with coaching to help you choose your favorites -Optional image packages or à la carte pricing available -Professional retouching on all purchased images, delivered high-resolution Additional Fee: On-location services include the transport, setup, and breakdown of professional lighting and equipment. Travel Location Fee On-location sessions within a 20-mile radius of Old Town Tustin include a travel fee of $255. For locations beyond 20 miles, the fee will be adjusted based on the additional distance and setup requirements. 📍 Available throughout Orange County. Travel fees apply for locations outside my Old Town Tustin studio.
Booking and Session Policies
Session Fee & Retainer: Your session fee is paid at the time of booking and serves as a non-refundable retainer to reserve your date and time. This fee covers your session only; images are purchased separately during your viewing and selection appointment. Cancellations: Because session times are limited and reserved in advance, cancellations for any reason result in forfeiture of the retainer. Please provide as much notice as possible if you are unable to attend. Rescheduling: One reschedule is allowed with a minimum of 72 hours' notice. Rescheduling with less than 72 hours’ notice may require a new retainer to rebook. Emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Tardiness: If you arrive late to your session, your session time may be shortened accordingly. Arrivals more than 25 minutes late may be considered a no-show and result in forfeiture of the session fee. Image Purchase: All image selections and purchases are made on the same day as your session. No online galleries are provided. Professional retouching is included with all purchased images.
